In his works, he proposed that the Anunnaki were advanced beings from the planet Nibiru, who came to Earth around 450,000 years ago in search of gold—a precious metal they needed for their atmosphere.
According to this view, the Anunnaki genetically engineered early humans by combining their DNA with that of hominids, creating Homo sapiens as a slave race to mine gold and serve their needs. This controversial theory links modern human development to ancient intervention, suggesting we are not alone—and never were.

While mainstream historians view the Anunnaki as mythological deities within a rich spiritual and cultural framework, alternative researchers point to the detailed descriptions of the gods, their star maps, and the technology hinted at in the ancient texts. Temples such as Eridu, said to be the first city ever created by the gods, and other ziggurats are seen not just as religious centres but potentially as ancient landing platforms.
