“To take the world into your arms and act towards it in a soul-filled and soul-strengthening manner is a powerful act of wildish spirit.” – Clarissa Pinkola Estés
In challenging personal and collective times, astrology is an essential Seeing Tool because it trains us to distinguish the laws that underlie the chaos that we feel.
In October, I wrote: ”Scorpio is the great De-Numbing Agent of the Zodiac, so this November with its intense Mars/Pluto activations, is not for the faint of heart. This is insistently evolutionary astrology.” And so it is…..
Monday’s Scorpio New Moon is alchemical, shadowy, hard to decipher, shining a light under rocks revealing dark things none of us wants to deal with. The energy is combustible and laden with deeply layered psychology.
The New Moon /Mars /Ceres all oppose Uranus – shock and awe; humanitarian issues. The karmic Node of Fate square Pluto conjuncts Chiron – suffering and unprocessed pain. Vesta opposes Pholus – ancestral issues going out of control. This volatile, polarising energy provokes confrontation and scapegoating: projecting your shadow onto someone else and vice versa.
Not everyone wants to look deep, as the constant hit of 24/7 disinformation, propaganda and fear has most people running for instant distraction. But at this Scorpio Moon there’s nowhere left to run. The only option is to stop and face the raw truth of what you feel and the raw truth of what’s going on all around. Magnetic, deeply emotional, spiritually-gifted Scorpio is the truth teller of the zodiac.
Whatever you feel, way down deep, it’s yours, and needs to be owned and acknowledged, for the disowned shadow of our time is taking over the world. When you meet yourself at core and realise who you are underneath the world’s madness, your see that your sensitivities are not pathology, but path.
Turn up your intuition and sensory acuity, trust your gut instincts and be willing to swim in powerful, complex feelings
What is underway is a Plutonian process of change at a cellular level. Kali, the Great Dark Mother, demands that here and now we have the strength to be with what is. Radical receptivity to darkness. Pluto brings to the surface ideas and attitudes that are past their expiration date in order for them to be let go-that is the matrix of transformation and regeneration.
As Dark Lord Pluto slowly moves from patriarchal Capricorn to collective Aquarius, when we are living in perma-crisis between myths in an old world gone dark, how can you express your grief, without allowing it to paralyse you?
Not Knowing is necessary!
Being with our/your darkness is necessary to take back and reflect on your shadow, to acknowledge your angers and fear and to vessel it.
It means being uncomfortable with uncomfortable truths.
And, when we know viscerally what is no longer acceptable in any shape or form in our name, this is how and where the light comes in.

Avocado Is Highly Nutritious, But Certain People Should Eat With Caution
Avocado is a favourite fruit among many health-conscious people. It is rich in nutrients for hair and skin and is high in healthy fat, dietary fibre, and protein. However, for some people, avocados may bring some unfavourable effects.
Nutritional Value of Avocado
Avocado is incredibly rich in nutrients, which include potassium; magnesium; vitamins A, C, E, K1, and B6; pantothenic acid; choline; lutein; zeaxanthin; and phytosterol. It also contains 71% unsaturated fatty acids, 13% polylodic fatty acids, and 16% saturated fatty acids. These fatty acids help maintain healthy blood lipid (HDL) levels and promote the absorption of fat-soluble nutrients.
Clinical studies have found that avocado also plays a significant role in cardiovascular health, weight management, and anti-aging.
