He presented documentation indicating that there are 5,160 embedded DOMs (Digital Optical Modules) in the ice that can transmit at 2047 volts each. In the past, Gary McKinnon has hacked NASA, found the off-world fleet, the list of captains, and it’s apparent that if we have faster-than-light vehicles moving throughout the system, we’re going to need faster-than-light communications. This is that facility,” Hecker explains.

Continuing his testimony, Hecker disclosed a disturbing aspect of the South Pole station. He asserted that during his time there from 2010 to 2011, seismic activity occurred when the IceCube neutrino detector was first activated, indicating its potential to generate earthquakes. Additionally, he claimed that the South Pole station houses an ELF (Extremely Low Frequency) system, initially believed to be deactivated but later discovered to be fully operational. He suggested that this system, along with other technologies, serves nefarious purposes.
“There’s an ELF system at the South Pole station. When I arrived, I was told it was off, dismantled, and completely defunct. In my work, I had to figure out the circuitry for certain other repairs, and I found that this system is, in fact, completely energized, up and running, and being utilized with the other systems for nefarious purposes as well,” Hecker said.

Hecker discussed another intriguing aspect of the South Pole station, namely the Atmospheric Research Observatory located in the Clean Air sector. He claimed to have witnessed a powerful green laser emanating from this facility, speculating that it could be used for long-range communications or as a defence system.
Furthermore, he raised concerns about the power supply at the South Pole station, noting that the energy demands of the advanced technologies he encountered exceeded what was publicly acknowledged. He theorized the presence of either a hidden nuclear power supply predating the Antarctic Treaty or an undisclosed exotic power system.
