This CIA Remote Viewer Leaked What They Saw On The Moon

He said they weren’t alone up there—but the real surprise came when they looked back at him. What exactly did he disturb?

Ingo Swann’s name may not be as widely recognized as astronauts or astrophysicists, but within the shadowy world of psychic espionage, he was a legend. A man recruited not for his military prowess, but for his mind—specifically, his ability to “see” distant locations without ever leaving a room.

Swann was a leading figure in the U.S. government’s controversial Stargate Project, a secret program funded by the CIA and other intelligence agencies during the Cold War. Its mission? To explore and exploit psychic phenomena—especially remote viewing, the practice of perceiving details about a distant or unseen target using only the mind.

While the official story is that Stargate was eventually shut down due to “inconclusive” results, many of the claims surrounding Swann’s work continue to ignite debate to this day. One of the most enduring—and chilling—concerns what Swann allegedly saw during a remote viewing session aimed at the Moon.

According to declassified documents and Swann’s own accounts in his book Penetration: The Question of Extraterrestrial and Human Telepathy, he was tasked with remote viewing the far side of the Moon. What he reported stunned even the intelligence operatives working with him.

Swann described unnatural structures—towers, domes, and machines that seemed to operate autonomously. He even claimed to witness humanoid entities, not quite human, who appeared to be working on some kind of construction or excavation. The entities, he noted, seemed aware of his presence. This startled him. “It was as if they knew they were being watched,” he wrote.

Was it just his imagination? Critics are quick to dismiss Swann’s claims as pure fantasy or the product of overactive suggestion. Yet others argue that Swann had no motivation to fabricate such specific, consistent details—especially considering the high-stakes environment of Cold War intelligence.

Adding to the mystery, other remote viewers involved in the same program allegedly reported similar findings. Some spoke of glass-like structures, advanced energy beams, and signs that the Moon was not just a dead rock orbiting Earth—but a staging ground for activities not yet understood by modern science.

This CIA Remote Viewer Leaks The Location of The Ark of The Covenant

Swann’s story took an even stranger turn when he detailed encounters with individuals he described as part of a covert group monitoring extraterrestrial activity on Earth. These mysterious agents, he claimed, warned him to stay silent about what he had seen. Yet Swann pressed on, eventually publishing his experiences in the late 1990s, years after the Stargate Project was officially disbanded.

While mainstream science dismisses the entire concept of remote viewing as pseudoscience, declassified CIA documents admit that the program ran for decades with millions of dollars in funding. If it truly produced “nothing,” why did it last so long? And if Swann’s visions were meaningless, why do some of his descriptions oddly align with modern lunar anomalies photographed by space probes?

To this day, believers and sceptics alike debate Swann’s revelations. Were they glimpses into a hidden reality the government is still trying to cover up—or simply the vivid fantasies of a man with a unique imagination?

Ingo Swann passed away in 2013, but his stories—and the questions they raise—still haunt the edges of what we believe is possible.

WikiLeaks Document Confirms, The United States Destroyed An Alien Moon Base

An intriguing document was released by WikiLeaks, stating that the United States had a secret base on the Moon. It allegedly was later destroyed by Russia. Many have thought for years that something else unusual has been going on since the early days of space exploration.

Paranormal researcher Scott Waring said the following:

“I was researching the WikiLeaks website and I found this information pertaining to a secret lunar base that the United States had destroyed in the late 1970’s. The cable has only the details of the document, but not all because the document was written by hand and was never put in digital format.”

“How would the United States destroy an alien base on Earth’s moon without anyone suspecting it? That is easy. Do you remember the Apollo missions? Well, there were supposed to be more than 20 missions of this type on the Moon, however, NASA suddenly stopped at Apollo 17, to perform some secret black operations missions involving the recovery of extraterrestrial technology and the recognition of alien structures and ships and to detect any possible threat to the US.”

Waring went on to say, “I met a man named William Rutledge in 2011 on YouTube when he uploaded half a dozen videos of the Apollo 20 mission in which he participated. It was a shared mission of the United States and Russia to the Moon near the Delporte crater. William and the other astronaut recorded their activities on the Moon on film. Including exploring a cigar-shaped ship in the Delporte crater. Inside they found glass tubes along the walls with tiny biped skeletons (a few centimetres high).”
