Stanford Professor Is 100% Certain Extraterrestrial Intelligence Is Already On Earth
Stanford University professor Dr. Gary Nolan, a distinguished researcher, announced that he is “100% certain” that aliens have not only visited Earth, but “have been on Earth for a long time.”

Dr. Garry Nolan did not train to be an expert in UFO and extraterrestrial research. His field of expertise includes immunology and gene therapy, and he is a company founder and a prolific inventor. In 2021, Dr. Nolan was asked to examine the “Atacama Skeleton” found in Chile which many had long suspected to be the corpse of an extraterrestrial. That researcher led to Nolan being contacted by US intelligence officials to study the medical issues reported by people who claimed to have had contact with UFO crashes or extraterrestrials. Nolan is now a noted speaker in the UFO world, which explains why he was a featured guest at the recent SALT iConnections conference in New York City. SALT is “a global thought leadership forum encompassing finance, technology and public policy” and Dr. Nolan’s interview session was titled, “The Pentagon, Extraterrestrial Intelligence and Crashed UFOs.” What he had to say shook up the conference … and maybe should shake up the world.
“I think you can go a step further — it (extraterrestrial intelligence) hasn’t just visited, it’s been here a long time and it’s still here.”
In response to a question by moderator Alex Klokus, founder of the Salt Fund, about whether he believed that extraterrestrial intelligence has visited Earth, Nolan took the blockbuster first step in what turned out to be an insider’s look at what is really going on in U.S. government research into unidentified aerial phenomena (UAP) and extraterrestrial intelligence. Nolan begins by seeming to state that the famous “WOW! Signal” – the still unexplained strong narrowband radio signal detected on August 15, 1977, by Ohio State University’s Big Ear radio telescope – is a real extraterrestrial message and there is a “one hundred 100%” probability that it is not the only alien signal being sent to Earth … and being detected by people working for the government.
“And that’s not just my opinion — the National Defence [Authorization] Act passed last year, signed by Biden in December, 30 pages of that is the establishment of an unidentified aerial phenomena office.”

OK, most people who have been watching the All-domain Anomaly Resolution Office (AARO), which has only 25 people working in it, have been disappointed by the public congressional hearings where it has begun to release information on the hundreds of UAP reports it says the office has been investigating, especially its remark at the last one that none of what they have seen so far is extraterrestrial in nature. In response to that, Dr. Nolan unleashed his next blockbuster comment:
“The creation of a whistle-blower program specifically that allows people from within who, I’m going to say this, have been working on the reverse-engineering programs, reverse-engineering of objects, so that they can come in and break their oaths but specifically just to talk to Congress and give that information in classified settings.”
After his initial involvement with brain studies of people who allegedly had contact with aliens or crashed UFOs. Dr. Nolan was brought in again to conduct scientific analyses – including using mass spectrometry for characterization, analysis, and identification – on unknown materials allegedly dropped from hovering UFOs or recovered from alleged crash sites. While the term “reverse-engineering” usually refers to taking an unknown machine and breaking it down into its most basic components in order to figure out how it works and build it again, it is also a technique which can prove that a seemingly unknown machine or device is actually conventional, human-made and just different enough to cause confusion. Which one is Dr. Nolan referring to?
“(I have) personal experience (with) people who, frankly, I know have worked or are working on the reverse-engineering programs of downed craft.”
Downed craft! None of the more famous military encounters with UAP – the Nimitz “Tic Tacs” for example – report anything about downed craft, either by accident or by weaponry. And if you next question is, “Where are the alien pilots and crew?”, Dr. Nolan has an answer for you:
“If you’re an advanced intelligence, you’re not going to put your life and limb at risk by coming here. Mostly what you’re seeing here are either drones or some sort of advanced AI or whatever it is.”
If you’re going to talk about extraterrestrial aircraft being piloted remotely or autonomously, now is the perfect time … especially with chatbots and artificial intelligence causing so much controversy and concern in both public and political arenas. Referencing the Nimitz incident and its Tic Tac UAPs, Dr. Nolan said he is convinced that “multiple simultaneous sensor systems” proved those objects went from “50 feet above the water to up to 14 miles and then back in less than a second” – defying physics as we know it and what know other countries are capable of. In a sense, it’s like a clock maker in the 17th century being given a cell phone. He would begin to take it apart and look for anything he could relate to – a spring, a gear, etc. Then he would look for something – however tiny it might be – that makes this modern machine work so much better than his clock … despite defying physics as he knows it in the 17th century. Dr. Nolan says government engineers are already doing this with materials from unknown aircrafts in order to not necessarily rebuild it but find the part that would push our modern physics far into the future.
All we need to find is that one little piece.
“But if we had a piece of any of this, let’s say it’s a thousand revolutions ahead of us, a million revolutions ahead of us, even a tiny piece of knowledge from that could revolutionize what we’re doing.”
Then he dropped his final blockbuster. When asked how sure he was that there were government engineers who already possessed such materials, he said ”100” and explained why.
“It’s there. I was working with a group about seven or eight years ago and I literally got within a few weeks of gaining access to one of the objects. And when the people who didn’t want us to gain access to it found out about it they pulled some bureaucratic administrative tricks and snatched it away.”
How can you be “100%” sure something exists when you haven’t seen it, touched it, examined it, analysed it, taken it apart, etc.? Dr. Nolan trusts the people he has contact with inside government just as he is asking us to trust him – a scientist who was not involved in UFO and extraterrestrial research in any way before being asked to analyse an unknown corpse and is now a whistle-blower saying these unknown crafts exist, are like nothing we have any knowledge of, are being suppressed from the public by the government, are being reverse-engineered and … well, you can guess why all of this falls under the Pentagon.
It is interesting that Dr. Garry Nolan had to make his revelations at the SALT iConnections conference, which is a leadership forum more focused on finance, technology and public policy – not UAPs and extraterrestrials. That highlights the frustration those in the UFO disclosure field have with the All-domain Anomaly Resolution Office and other organizations promising open files, open investigations and open acceptance of new sightings and reports.
Let’s hope Dr. Nolan gets more opportunities to share more of the information on what he has seen and heard about the extraterrestrial intelligence he is 100% certain is already here.
