Healing The Inner Wound As A Way To Spiritual Mastery

“The Wound Is The Place Where The Light Enters You.”- Rumi

In my therapy practice I often see people who, just like me, began the incarnation process long ago from the desire to heal living beings – and especially those who suffer. This deep desire and the process of incarnation it sets in motion, also brings along with it some pitfalls and obstacles that need to be addressed, if we want to heal not only others, but also ourselves.

Suffering as an impulse for incarnation

Many beings who undertake the incarnation processincarnated angels and light beings especially, are deeply moved by the suffering that exists in the physical and astral worlds and dimensions. It often incites them to take action, to want to help and heal.

But because they don’t have any first-hand knowledge and insight into the nature of suffering, and the function of suffering in those worlds, they sometimes get caught up in strategies of trying to diminish, take away, or avoid suffering that only continue it.

Suffering serves a purpose

However odd it may sound, suffering has a place in this Universe. Those beings that go through the deepest suffering feel the need to seek – whether in this life, or in subsequent incarnations. The quest for healing is a road that leads to enormous growth in consciousness and the development of our healing abilities – for us and for others.

An example from the animal world

I heard a wonderful example of this principle through a client of mine. A horse had been severely abused and was distrustful of all human beings was put up for sale at a riding school  – it was either that, or the butcher’s.  The owner of the riding school bought it, treated it with natural horsemanship, and now the horse has become a master healer. It cannot wait to assist people in psychological constellations with horses and allows children to ride on its back. The horse has transformed itself from a wounded being to a Master Healer – and so, has grown to be more than it was before.

The ”wounded healer”

Not only horses can grow to be healers in this way, naturally this principle also works with dogs, cats, birds, even trees, crystals, and – people. The archetype of the Wounded Healer, the wounded being who heals himself and becomes a healer and teacher for others, works for all living beings.

One of the pitfalls we encounter on our way from wounded being to healer in the incarnation process however, is not being at peace with suffering. It is one of the most prevalent obstacles I come across in practice. When we are not at peace with suffering, we resist what IS. We try to eliminate pain, take it over from someone else, or push it away and in doing so we only reinforce suffering and rob ourselves or the other of a golden opportunity.

The nature of suffering

It may sound strange to beings that have incarnated in physical bodies, with emotional and astral bodies capable of experiencing pain, but suffering serves an important function in our development.

Suffering forces us to grow

When we experience pain, we can choose to follow one of three paths. We can deny our pain and repress it, which leads to a halt in our growth and development. We can go into victim mode, lean on other people’s energy which has the same outcome. Or we can seek out ways to heal ourselves.

In order to do that, we need to gain insight in the nature of suffering. In doing so, we gain understanding of life itself and all its facets and frequencies, from low to high – en-lightening it, which is the real cure.

Suffering can lead to growth in consciousness

By seeking out insight and healing we gain a deep understanding of the nature of suffering – and in doing so, into what is needed to heal us and grow – and so in the nature of wholeness itself.

The darkness

In my own search for wholeness I had to travel through many painful experiences of trauma, violence, abuse, manipulation and distortion of truth. I had to confront evil in all its manifestations through countless lifetimes. To facilitate my own healing, I had to gain insight into the nature of evil and the methods it uses, the suffering it causes and what is needed to heal those wounds.

Conversations with the Light

To do this, I recently had a couple of good conversations with my Higher Self and Source with the assistance of an Arkansas self-healed crystal. A self-healer is a crystal that sometime in its history has broken off, and healed itself by growing new crystals and terminations on the fractures – a wonderful example of self-healing.

Recommended Crystals, If You’re Interested…
Evil IS not

In conversation with my crystal and my soul, it became clear to me that evil isn’t really anything? It is only the will to destroy, distort, steal, abuse what IS – that which is good. Al that IS, exists, is inherently good, natural, real, authentic – and every force that manipulates, steals, and uses for malignant purposes is what we would call “evil”. But in and of itself, evil doesn’t bring forth anything, creates nothing, and IS nothing. Darkness is only the absence or distortion of light.

Suffering is only the absence of wholeness

Just as evil is only the absence of light, suffering is only the absence of wholeness. Sickness is the absence of health. Trauma is the distortion by outside forces of physical, emotional, and psychological wholeness.

Exploring wholeness

Suffering, then, forces us to heal ourselves by exploring the very nature of wholeness. It brings deep insight and high consciousness in the divine wholeness that is our true nature and makes us seed it and plant it in this reality and other dimensions.

Evil, disease, trauma push us towards the light to find healing.

For healing to occur, we must answer these questions: what IS health? What IS truth? What IS wholeness? What IS joy? What IS love? Who AM I?

From lack to manifestation

By experiencing the lack of wholeness, we go searching for what it is like to have it, and find that we always had it in us – and bring it to a higher level, with added consciousness.

By experiencing the dark we go in search of the light. By experiencing disease we search for healing and bring the conscious experience of having a healthy body to a higher level. By experiencing abuse and trauma we search for the nature of true love, empowerment, and truth and take our ability to experience them to a higher octave.

More than a cure

Healing from disease, pain, trauma is not just the restoration of our original blueprint. It is much more than that: we become more than we were. We grow beyond trauma to become the highest manifestation of who we are.

Crystallizing the soul

In order to heal ourselves, we need to bring the wisdom of the soul and our Higher Being into the current personality on earth. In doing so, we fulfil the desire of the soul to seed itself out, to manifest itself and crystallize in many manifestations and incarnations, in matter, on the earthly plane, and create a light trail of consciousness for others.

Or, as my Arkansas crystal told me: “By going through the deepest suffering and healing it, you create a trail of light and consciousness in the darkness for everyone to follow.’’

The answer is in the question

Just as a good question already contains the answer within it, so is the frequency of healing and wholeness contained within the disease, the trauma, suffering itself. That is why it is so important not to deny pain and suffering and push it from our reality, but to experience its inherent truth, in the highest possible way, with compassion, light, consciousness and a connection to Source. We can do these ourselves or with the therapeutic assistance that works best for us.

By not losing our conscious connection by going away from pain but to enlighten it with our consciousness, and gain insight into it, we can heal, which is a return to our original state of wholeness plus growth.

For this reason, like most past life therapists I always ask my therapy clients to gather examples of moments in which their psychological “wound” was triggered – what did you feel, what did you think, what was your body telling you? These thoughts, feelings and somatic responses can take us back to the original wounding in the past, and insight in its nature, whereupon we can heal it.

Resistance against or peace with suffering

Resistance against suffering maintains it – experiencing it without judgement and bringing the light of consciousness into it, brings enlightenment, healing, and growth.

Just as the lotus growths from the darkest mud of unconsciousness to the light, we grow by experiencing, with all that entails of unease, darkness and pain, to consciousness growth and the realization of our wonderful soul on Earth.

But… that doesn’t mean we have to like suffering!

Suffering is temporary

One of the realisations that can help us have peace with the existence of suffering is the knowledge that we are eternal beings in a physical body, and that pain is by its very nature temporary. Our true state is divine perfection. No matter how much time we need to grow in consciousness on earth and bring wholeness on a higher plane by growing in consciousness, we are already perfect and whole.

We only have to connect to our true state of joyous wholeness at the level of the soul – for instance with the help of music, a crystal, mediation, a flower – to realize and experience our eternal wholeness in the here and now.

A Native Smoke Ritual For Renewal And Clarity

Have you ever noticed that when you walk into any place of worship or sacred ceremony, there is always one repeating theme? Yes, the symbols and prayers spoken may be different, but one thing is universally present – the use of smoke.

Beyond its pleasing aromatic qualities, smoke is viewed in many traditions to be a bridge between the world we can see and the one we cannot. Not surprisingly, smoke plays a crucial role in shamanism, and often serves as a healing medicine itself in native ceremonies.

The burning of sacred herbs and resins can be a very powerful tool. A way of starting anew.

Below, I’ve shared some holy smokes you can easily create and a native prayer to accompany them. We’re excited to hear how you feel once you try them!

Some examples of sacred plants and resins to use for smudging and clearing:

• White sage: use for clearing, blessing, cleansing, and healing.
Sweetgrass: use for blessing, bringing in more creative energy, and for calling in joy.
• Myrrh: use this tree resin for enlightenment, and for clearing away the past or anything preventing you from standing in your truth.

A Native American Smoke Blessing

Oh Great Spirit, I raise smoke to the four sacred winds and the four corners, so that the blessings can reach my brothers and sisters in every corner of Great Mother Earth, while the smoke disperses all over Father Sky, lit by Mother Moon.

Let the smoke pass to each their blessing
and do away with all sorrows and unhappiness,
fill their homes with love, and the light of your wisdom.

If any be sick, cure them,
If sad, make them happy,
If they have needs, fulfill them.

Protect them from all evil. Please Father, keep them well in good health,
give them long life and wealth. Give them all your love as they love you.
They can give testimony to your power and mercy, and most important your love.

Oh Great Spirit, I love you with all my heart as I love my brothers and sisters all. I am your servant and theirs. I ask for only one thing – give me strength to keep going on doing as I do on this spirit path.

And so it is! Amen.

Stay curious, Nick Polizzi.

4 Ways You May Be Sabotaging Your Own Healing

Hilde LarsenContributing Writer

I believe that everyone wants to be healthy and happy. No one chooses ill health and pain consciously. I have never met anyone who will state that they would like to stay sick, yet I have met many that are not willing or reluctant to do what is needed for positive change to occur. They’re two different things in a sense, but not really.

First of all, the conscious mind is only the tip of the iceberg when it comes to what we are thinking and telling ourselves. Our programming, our understanding of life, old memories and conditions, are all present in this enormous data-bank – the subconscious mind. It has it all recorded, and it knows more about what you believe than your awakened state ever will. Only through our actions and our experiences can we truly see what our beliefs are. We act and live according to what we have been conditioned to believe, and that might not always be as it seems. We might have beliefs we did not even know we had. Self-sabotage simply means standing in your own way.

How You May Be Sabotaging Your Healing
#1. The not-being-worthy identity

A very common subconscious belief that I have seen surfacing for many, is the “I do not deserve to get well” pattern. It emanates from the lack of self-love. While deep down, you do not believe that you deserve to get well, you will keep doing things that will make that manifest as a truth. The feeling of unworthiness comes from holding on to old hurts. As a child, you might have been scolded and abused, physically or mentally. A child will believe that it does not deserve any better than what is, and this will be imprinted as a truth until the spell is broken. As the child grows, every time the same pattern of abuse or critique appears, it validates the already known inner truth.

A very typical way for this self-sabotage to manifest is as a self-created, very valid-looking obstacle. Your husband lost his job, your children are too young, and they need you to do what is expected for them. This really is not the best time to take care of you – “It did not work out, because I did not have a car at the time, and could not get what I needed for my juicing”. The stories are endless, and all valid. They make sense as something the conscious mind can sort of believe, as the subconscious mind keeps playing the story of your life. Once that tape is turned off and replaced, none of these reasons will feel valid anymore.

What you know, and what you are programmed to believe, is not in balance, and inner chaos will arise. Even though your inner belief system is telling you that you are not worthy of this amazing health that you so long for, you consciously might want it more than anything.

#2. The fear of the new identity

Another aspect to have in mind when we are dealing with self-sabotage is the “fear of losing what we know”-pattern. It is the flip side to change, so to speak. It is the direct opposite of inviting in the change that is needed, this fear of losing what we already have.

Then, even if what we have been experiencing is not good for us, it`s hurting us even, it is still what we know. Even if we are in an abusive relationship, and we know that we are, it is what we are familiar with. Breaking free means uncertainty, and insecurity. The obvious scenario is that we would rather stay in pain, in fear of the unknown. I know, it really does not make sense, but for those that are living by their inner-beliefs of not being strong enough, or smart enough to be on their own, this is very real. This pattern arises from the understanding of not being able to take care for ourselves.

A typical scenario might be that you decide you are fine as you are. There was no need for any major change after all. You are fine. Your health is so much better now, it was all just a false alarm. Nothing to worry about, you are fine. No change needed.

#3. The attention identity

Being sick, might have given you more attention, that has led to the feeling of being loved. This pattern is most definitely imprinted in our early childhood. A child will do what it feels it needs to do, to feel loved and accepted, and if a need was fulfilled when health was impaired, the pattern will stick for life. This does not mean that to get attention you are making yourself sick, not at all, but not being healthy will be associated with something that feels familiar and safe. That way, once you change your health for the better, you might feel unsafe, and fall back to the old comfort zone. Some relationships are built on this energy. The partner who is in need of care, might feel extra important or seen, while the caregiver feels there is need for them.

The fear of loss is also present in this pattern and belief-system. “If I get well, he will no longer need to be here, and he will leave me.” The fear of not being loved for who you are, has made you, through your experience as a child, holding on to pain and dis-ease, so that someone will care for you, and therefore love you. The self-sabotage might sound like this: “Nothing works for me. I have tried everything, and nothing works”. This will draw in even more of the compassionate attention that you believe that you need. The truth is that you do not need any bodily dis-function, or anything else for that matter, to get the attention that you need.

#4. The dis-ease identity

Without even knowing it, you might be holding on to a dis-ease as an identity. For example, that you feel like your chronic diagnosis is serving you in some way. How in the world would being sick serve anybody, you might ask? “All I want is to get well, and there is no way being sick would serve me or anyone.” Well, I am afraid there could be. A number of things might be lingering as a subconscious belief and understanding. These are beliefs that will keep you locked in your current situation, clinging to what is, even if it is suffering and pain.  Remember, these are most often unconscious patterns, meaning hidden to us.

This programming comes from the need to belong. We all need to feel that we belong, and when we have not had that feeling growing up, we will search for it in any community or situation. Once we find it, as it is one of the basic humans needs, it is very hard to let it go. We tend to want to stand by our tribe no matter what. They are the ones that have stuck by us, and have taken us in. We’ve felt welcomed and loved. The dis-ease might even be our livelihood now, our business.

All self-sabotage is born from the misbelief that we are less-than, not good enough, do not deserve and are not worthy of love and abundance. The subconscious mind can be reprogrammed, and every single day, it is. By the way that we live and think, we are telling our inner being what we really believe in.

The Secret To Self-Healing: It’s All About Vibration

The Secret To Self-Healing: It’s All About Vibration

Nanice EllisGuest Writer

Have you ever wondered about the “real reason” we get sick or why some of us are more susceptible to germs and even cancer cells? No doubt, if we could identify the primary cause of illness, we would have the secret to health and healing.

Although modern medicine may proclaim to have all the answers, traditional doctors have no way to explain how thousands of terminal patients spontaneously heal against all odds. In fact, the Remission Project catalogued more than 35000 medically reported cases of spontaneous remission worldwide.

Not only did these terminal patients defy the constructs of modern medicine, most importantly, they overcame the perceived limitations of the body. But, why are these self-healed patients the exception rather than the rule?

Even though we’ve all experienced the body’s innate ability to heal minor issues, such as skin abrasions, bruises and broken bones, most of us seem to have a limited capacity when it comes to self-healing more serious issues. But, why should the body “fail to heal” when it really counts?

After all, if some of us can heal terminal issues, shouldn’t we all be able to?

The Secret is Vibration!

Just like everything else in the universe, the human body is composed of vibrating energy, and fortunately, when we maintain an optimum frequency, our bodies function flawlessly. In fact, as long as we vibrate near optimum frequency, the body automatically heals potential physical issues before any noticeable problems even arise – allowing us to maintain perfect health.

While we all possess the power to heal (as evidenced in normal, everyday healing), if our optimum frequency is compromised over an extended period of time, the body’s natural healing ability is compromised accordingly, and when the body cannot properly heal itself, minor physical issues can escalate into severe illnesses, diseases or chronic disorders.

In fact, virtually all chronic and terminal illnesses begin as simple physical issues that would otherwise heal if the body was vibrating at an optimum frequency.

Furthermore, any part of the body that is out of “vibrational harmony” for weeks, months or years is more susceptible to illness. For instance, have you ever noticed that you’re more likely to get sick during times of stress? Whenever stress lowers our vibration, the body’s immunity is compromised, thereby making us magnets for colds and flus – or even worse.

The bottom line is that we can prevent all sorts of mild to serious physical issues simply by maintaining a high vibration.

Miracle or Mastery?

While a chronically low vibration can result in a variety of physical issues, those same issues can be cured by raising our vibration to a level where the body can heal itself. For example, while cancer cells and viruses thrive at low frequencies, they cannot survive at high frequencies, and this means that if we raise our vibration to a level where these issues cannot survive, the body naturally heals.

While a low frequency body is susceptible to illness, the cure is raising the body’s frequency!

By raising the body’s vibration to a frequency that is conducive to healing, the same innate, self-healing ability that heals minor cuts and bruises can heal chronic and even terminal issues – and based on the records of over 3500 patients, it’s never too late! In fact, simply by raising the body’s vibration to a level where it can self-heal, we might be able to experience the same kind of “miracles,” and if so, it means that we all have the power to heal the incurable!

Although the human body can heal virtually anything when vibrating at the right frequency, it’s also important to keep in mind that the consistent level of our frequency must be relative to the degree of healing required. Just like water cannot boil without a certain level of heat, the body cannot heal advanced physical issues without a certain level of vibration. Therefore, if we want to heal chronic ailments, incurable diseases or even terminal illnesses, we must attain and sustain a level of frequency where the body is capable of advanced healing.

  • Low Body Frequency -> compromised healing ability results in health issues.
  • Average Body Frequency -> normal healing ability results in general wellness.
  • High Body Frequency -> advanced healing ability can result in miraculous healing and optimum health.

So, how can we effectively raise our vibration to a level where health and healing is natural?

Igniting the Power to Self-Heal!

Keep in mind that when we refer to the body’s vibration, we’re talking about our overall vibration in life, and this means that your body’s vibration has everything to do with your thoughts, beliefs, behaviours and actions. In other words, your body is a reflection of how you live your life.

Therefore, here are the 7 most effective ways to raise your vibration to a level where your body can heal itself.

The 7 most effective ways to raise vibration:

#1 – Choose Life!

Whether you’re seeking a miraculous healing or you just want to improve your health, a shift in consciousness is required – and this pivotal shift begins with the choice to live! Even though we’re all obviously alive, most of us never consciously choose to be here, and if we take life for granted in this way, the frequency of our vibration suffers accordingly.

Furthermore, if we don’t commit to life and choose to be here, our bodies get the message that there’s no real reason to heal…and for some of us, this can result in a shocking wake-up call, such as a terminal or incurable prognosis. Clearly at this point, if we want to heal, we can no longer take life for granted, and in fact, just like every terminal patient who has healed against all odds, we must consciously choose life.

By committing to life, the body suddenly has a reason to heal, and if the desire for life is strong enough, and life-affirming changes are made accordingly, we can elevate the body’s vibration to a level where health and longevity is natural and miraculous healing is possible.

Keep in mind that you don’t need to be faced with a dire prognosis in order to choose life.

#2 – Reframe Thinking! Thoughts -> Emotions -> Vibration

While it’s normal to experience a variety of emotions throughout life, our habitual emotions inevitably determine the frequency of our vibration. For example, while joy, peace and enthusiasm result in a high vibration, chronic sadness, frustration and anger result in a low vibration.

Since our emotions almost always correspond to our thoughts, it’s safe to say that our vibration cannot be any higher than the quality of our thoughts. Therefore, to raise our vibration to a level where the body can heal, we must identify and release negative thinking.

No doubt, the body cannot heal while being bombarded with constant negativity, and this includes all the words you say and think, visualizing the worst, worrying, complaining, judgment, replaying unhappy memories, etc….

Since negative thoughts result in illness and positive thoughts result in healing, we must master our minds and learn to think thoughts that invoke high vibrating emotions.

One way or another, your thoughts can either heal you or make you sick!

# 3 – Heal Emotional Wounds

When life force energy flows through the body without inhibition, we naturally maintain a high vibration, and on that same token, when the flow of energy is blocked or inhibited, our vibration slows down accordingly.

Since unhealed emotional wounds are energetically stored in the body, they are the number one cause of blocked energy, and consequently, a primary cause of health issues. As we release emotional wounds, the flow of energy in the body naturally increases, and if we clear enough emotional blocks, our vibration can rise to a level where the body can self-heal.

For an in-depth insight into healing emotional wounds, please read my articles:

The Real Cause of Emotional Wounds and Why We Struggle To Heal Them

The #1 Reason Emotional Trauma Doesn’t Heal and How to Overcome It

#4 – Immunize Against Negativity!

Believe it or not, vibration is contagious, and, in fact, another person’s vibration can actually make us sick!

Regardless of whether we’re conscious of the dynamic or not, sensing one another’s emotional energy is a basic form of communication and connection. In fact, whenever we want to connect with someone, we naturally become sensitive to their emotional energy and vice versa, and when our energies begin to align, we experience an emotional connection.

In most cases, the person with the strongest energy dictates the over-all vibration of the interaction, and this means that, oftentimes, rather than just feeling someone’s energy, we adopt their energy as our own. Moreover, once we “catch” someone’s vibe, our bodies react as if it belongs to us, and consequently, we experience a change in mood or energy. Of course, this isn’t so bad if the person is happy or peaceful, but it’s quite another story if they’re sad or annoyed.

Clearly, by taking on another person’s emotions, vibration is contagious!

However, with a little dose of consciousness, we all have the ability to sense emotional energy without allowing negativity to impact our vibration. So, what’s the key to immunizing ourselves against negativity?

Well, this type of “immunization” requires that we identify all the ways in which we take on another person’s negative energy.

For example, we take on external negativity whenever:

  • We judge someone.
  • We judge someone’s circumstances negatively.
  • We feel sorry for someone.
  • We feel responsible for someone.
  • We believe that it’s our job to make things better.

Since everyone is on their own unique journey, and we never know what’s best for anyone, it’s usually a good idea to drop judgments and opinions. So, rather than taking responsibility for someone’s circumstances or trying to fix anything, why not empower people to solve their own problems?

#5 – Remedy Loneliness and Open Your Heart

When unconditional love flows through an open heart, we experience a high vibration that activates the body’s natural ability to heal. On the other hand, if we feel lonely and disconnected from others and if our hearts begin to close, love cannot flow, and because our vibration suffers accordingly, it often results in health issues.

Therefore, if we want to raise our vibration to a level of self-healing, we must remedy loneliness. Whether this means healing old relationships or creating new ones, it’s important to open our hearts and go out of our comfort zones. While there are millions of lonely people seeking connections, there’s no shortage of opportunities.

Furthermore, whether you call it God, Source, Universe, etc…, it’s important to cultivate a connection to something greater than you!

#6 – Self-Love

Not surprisingly, whenever we mistreat or neglect ourselves, our vibration decreases accordingly, and therefore, we must learn to treat ourselves with kindness and compassion. Unfortunately, many of us are in abusive relationships with ourselves and don’t even know it, and, in fact, this is often the core cause of many physical issues. (For more on this topic, please read my article: Are you in an abusive relationship with yourself?

No matter how we look at it, self-love is the foundation for a high vibration and a healthy body. Therefore, when it comes to healing, the practice of self-love is pivotal – and it all begins with self-care.

#7- Self-Care

Since there is a direct relationship between self-care and vibration, it’s important to address each of the following, and, consequently, make tangible life changes accordingly.

Be the Real You!
Every time we compromise or sacrifice our needs, dreams or values in order to be liked or accepted, we inevitably reject our Real Selves, and consequently, self-rejection always lowers vibration. Therefore, expressing your Real Self and speaking your truth is one of the best things you can do to raise your vibration and heal.

Do What You Love!
When we do what we love to do, we naturally experience high vibration emotions, such as happiness, joy, peace, fulfillment, etc…, and this means that while you’re having fun and being creative, your vibration naturally rises. Moreover, if you want to heal your body, it’s important to rid your life of guilt and obligation. Instead, consciously fill your life with all the things you truly enjoy!

Create Purpose
Without a reason to get up in the morning, depression can easily set in. Therefore, having a purpose in life can make an enormous difference to your health and wellbeing. However, instead of waiting to discover some grand purpose, why not create your own purpose? For instance, by making a difference in someone else’s life, you’ll bring meaning to your own – and your vibration will naturally rise.

Just remember, in order to be energized and never depleted, always take care of yourself first before giving to others.

Since the environment in which we live and work impacts our vibration, it’s important to be conscious of your daily environment, and whenever possible, make necessary changes. Moreover, if you cannot remedy a negative home or work environment, it’s possible to neutralize the effects by regularly spending time in nature.

No doubt, what we put into the body on a regular basis has a significant effect on our over-all vibration, and while low vibe foods, such as processed foods, can lower vibration, it’s possible to raise the body’s vibration by consciously eating “high vibe foods” (usually those that are plant-based).

Not surprisingly, whenever we’re active, we activate energy in the body, and when our energy increases through movement, our vibration naturally rises. Therefore, by regularly participating in activities, such as yoga, swimming, hiking, biking, etc…, you can improve your over-all ability to heal.

Have you ever noticed that it’s difficult to hold on to negativity while laughing? Since laughter creates an energetic release in the body, it’s one of the quickest ways to raise vibration, and this means that you might actually be able to heal yourself through a daily practice of laughter. Whoever said that laughter is the best medicine wasn’t kidding!

Be the Miracle!

As the secret to a healthy body and the cure for many illnesses, we have the power to consciously implement life choices and changes that support a high vibration.

Therefore, the 7 most important things to remember:
  1. Healing begins with the choice to live.
  2. Since your thoughts can either heal you or make you sick, consciously choose healing thoughts.
  3. Releasing emotional wounds and past traumas will raise your vibration.
  4. Learn to immunize yourself against external negativity.
  5. Take responsibility for loneliness and heal it with an open heart.
  6. Master self-love!

Overcome Victim Consciousness With This One Simple Change

Paul LendaGuest Writer

It’s easy to tether to victimhood sometimes. This becomes even more true when there has been some sort of suffering experienced by several generations in your lineage. Trauma imprints itself and then transfers epigenetically. That is why the work of healing is something that can heal the trauma and suffering of your ancestors just as much as it can help you heal yourself. In order to overcome continuously defaulting to victim consciousness, there really is only one simple change you need to make.

Mindset is everything. We live in a Reality of interconnectedness, where everyone and everything is continually affecting everyone and everything else. Together with the attraction principle, nothing happens without your participation in it in some way. Sometimes, it’s on a deeply unconscious level where we don’t even realize we are running a program that is lining us up with those traumatic or distressing experiences. However, all of that can be resolved with a mind shift.

Before we get into how to overcome victim consciousness, I feel it is vital to emphasize that you should avoid interpreting “You create your reality” as something that casts blame on “victims” and implies that their difficulties arise from not being positive enough. Just because something traumatic happens to us that causes suffering does not automatically mean it’s our fault. A better way to explain the attraction principle involves alignment.

In this Reality that we find ourselves in, coherence is always what everything naturally becomes attracted towards. That means when there is discordance, coherence will readjust energies. If our energy/consciousness/focus, whether we are conscious or not, is in a state of lack, for example, we are pulsing out an energy wave that is encoded with lack. That energy will emanate from you until it reaches something that is resonant with it. A match occurs and then you and whatever else it is both achieve coherence. There is now more lack in your life. This lack could be financial, relationships, time, or something else.

Given the attraction principle that ties into reality creation via mindset, there is something you can tell yourself, as an affirmation, to overcome feeling like a victim.

“I am not a product of my circumstances. I am a product of my decisions.”

This is a powerful affirmation that Stephen R. Covey, author of the phenomenal book The 7 Habits of Highly Effective People, shared years ago. You can overcome your limits when you realize that you are always in charge of your energy and direction in life. You hold the vibrational keys to lining up with whatever it is you wish.

The difference between an ordinary person and an awakened one manifests in how they respond to life’s inevitable ups and downs. Let’s face it; it’s incredibly challenging to be conscious/aware/lucid all of the time. There will undoubtedly be times we drop into a lower energetic state that lines us up with something we wouldn’t usually want to match up with, yet we do because we’ve been stressed out or overwhelmed energetically somehow. That’s perfectly normal and OK. However, where the bulk of our work normally lies in realizing that we have the power to choose to respond in whatever way we want to, in any given situation.

Whenever something happens that causes you suffering, you may habitually default to feeling like a disempowered victim. However, once you make the mind shift where you have the power to shift your personal experience in Reality, then you will soon stop defaulting to victim consciousness. You will catch yourself before the energetic blueprint of something you genuinely want to avoid becomes too strong.
